Add together and simmer until vegies are tender. When done, Puree in blender and add to Base.
Add the following to a slow cooker, on High until the cheese is melted then turn to Low.
DO NOT BOIL!
Cook for 1 Hour.
Mix together then add to Base.
Also Add our finishing touches:
Cook 15 minutes more Taste and adjust Salt and Pepper as desired
Cook 15 minutes more.
DONE! Yields 2 Quarts
