Cheese Soup

Wedding Cheese Soup

Stock: Add together and simmer until vegies are tender.
When done, Puree in blender and add to Base.

1/2 Medium Onion
1/2 Green Pepper
2 tbs Grated Carrot
1/4 cup chopped cellery
2 cups Water
2 Chicken Bullion cubes
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Paperika
1 tsp White pepper


Base: Add the following to a slow cooker, on High
until the cheese is melted then turn to Low.
DO NOT BOIL!

1 lb Velveeta Cheese, cubed
6 Cups Milk, whatever kind
1/2 cup chopped ham

Cook for 1 Hour.

Thickening:
Mix together then add to Base.
1 cup water
1/2 cup corn starch

Also Add our finishing touches:
1/4 cup finely chopped Red & Green pepper
1/8 cup finely diced Carrot

Cook 15 minutes more
Taste and adjust Salt and Pepper as desired

Cook 15 minutes more.

DONE!
