Ham and Cheese Soup

2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup diced carrot
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped sweet onoin
1 cup chopped ham
2 can cream of celery soup
16 oz. velveta
1 cup water
1 cup of milk
2 tbsp flour
4 chicken bullion cubes


Dissolve bullion cubes in water and set aside. Sautee onion and celery 5 min in butter, add carrots and ham -- quick fry on high heat 2 minutes. Drain excess butter. Add water and can soup. Stir. Mix flour and milk together until there are no flour lumps. Add to other ingredients cook on high stirring constantly until it begins to boil. Reduce heat. Add cheese and and cook until melted.
